Take Your Big Ideas Seriously | Brand Project Highlights

This one idea fueled her career, and eventually became the purpose-driven tagline of her new brand - Whitney Chenet Consulting. She came to me with an idea and a whole lot of drive and talent. Whitney had spent 20 years honing her expertise in the male-dominated industry of Commercial Real Estate, and she was ready to launch her own CRE consulting business. We set to work collaboratively developing her brand strategy and narrative framework - crafting her target audience analysis, purpose, positioning strategy, clear product statement, tone, name, tagline and more. The drive behind her brand quickly came to the surface and we crafted this statement: Take Your Big Ideas Seriously. Her passion is to empower others (especially women) to “go for it” by providing the guidance and expert support necessary to ensure they succeed. Once we finalized her brand strategy and narrative framework, Kelby VanBrocklin used it to design her stunning logo, color pallet and font set, while Whitney had her brand photo shoot. I now had all the pieces to build a new website to bring her brand to life!

When building her website, I took this tagline that was derived from her purpose statement (along with her brand personality and tone) and crafted the following intro for her “Meet Whitney” page. An “About page” is a perfect place to elaborate on your purpose and the driving ethos of your brand. Your purpose should be integrated throughout your website, but your About page allows you to go a little deeper into the passion behind your brand.
